How many calories do I need to keep 120 pounds of weight without exercise?

I lost 28 pounds … This would have to deal with in terms of calories, so my weight the same … But without practice …? The 5 foot 3 I moderate exercise every night, so sit-ups and weight lifting … Ive a lot of lazy after being off the diet, but I eat healthy foods .. I am woman
