How many sit-ups a day can my cousin do to lose belly fat fast?
My cousin has a rounded belly and most people say that situps to get rid of is the fastest way, belly fat. Could they do like to at least 125 per day?
I do not recommend doing 125 a day. This could really hurt your abdominal muscles more than they are building. You can not really want to lose weight by doing situps stomach anyway. The best way to lose fat for an intensive cardiac (How to do kick boxing). But if your cousin wants a six pack, I would not really recommend. I get cramps all the time and indigestion from the muscles be huge. It is good to be fit, but sometimes is athletic on the abdominal muscles may tax.
