A question about fitness, ABS and sit ups? for the experienced!?

I'm 16, female & 5'2 and 110 pounds. My goal's is get off when you consider I have not. I do not want full-abs and I definitely do not want a body builder – the body. I just want nice and visible AB. I wonder how many sets are I would have to do one day, and how long it would last (weeks, months, years) etc and all the other usual information to help me my Goal to achieve! Thank you

Its not always about situps. Doing situps make your abs bigger. If you look like a toned, I would suggest, doing cardio. Everyone has a six-pack, even if it worked before. Cardio will get rid of the extra fat that covers your abdominal muscles. If you run daily for 30 minutes you will begin your abdominal muscles to see more show. It takes a few months to see good results. But if you do not want to do that, do ab exercises every other day. You sit-ups, crunches, roll-outs and other AB exercise you are comfortable with. I suggest here three sets of 10 for each exercise. (10×10x10) Take care how to do different angles to the left and right until it burns and you can hardly do more. thats when you tear your muscles and get bigger and make sure you eat much protien and healthy food.
