I'm 17, I'm skinny.How I can build ABS and other muscles at home?
I'm 17, I'm thin and I want to build abs home.How I Do? I only have a 2 dumbbells 15 pounds and plenty of space in my room.
Well, the only way to build abs of your home, it's starting to do crunches. I know it is I think one can say annoying, but it is the only way. To pass, the time to listen to music or watch TV while doing it. It makes a lot of amusement faster if you do. As for muscles, you just need to slowly work out. Start with these 15 lbs. and catch arm curls, shoulder workouts, and get on his back and make it as a bench press. I mean, that's the only thing you can do so only at the time. But I mean, you have to do the basics. You know, push-ups. They may seem like it, but not like a day 50-10 consistently every day, and you'll see difference.
