Has any gained a significant amount of muscle mass from body weight exercises?

I am pleased with exercises you switch to a workout program Body weight usually contains plus heart. I'm looking to burn fat and build muscle. I'm curious to see if anyone else has the same thing done and what your results were.

Peppermint. You havent answwered the question. yes, you can gain significant muscle mass exercises of body weight. as long as you eat right and exercise enough Protein to gain weight. Men's Health magazine has always bodyweight exercises and they are great. and "death by bodyweight" I was months traveling do for 9 and it was hard to get a gym and spent the months of weight training. very good.
