How do I get bigger muscles and lose weight even a 6-pack help please?
I started 20 pushups every day that I am currently knowif this helps …… It does seem like it but please help, I want to lose weight big muscles, and help you get a 6 pack please thank you
20 Push-ups a day is not too much to you bigger muscles. You will need to lift heavier weights, but not as many reps – exactly what one from the weight. Keep doing this and you will see that you are able to move on, to give more weight after a few weeks and your muscle mass will increase. needs a little time but the big biceps, you can see in the magazines, etc to learn tho! Eat lots of protein will help this for a six pack, you must reduce your Body fat burn more calories than you take in. Avoid fatty foods is the key. This sit ups, crunches etc. not enough is available for a Six-Pack. You could be the best abs in the world down there, but if you have a big belly for she lived, then the appearance of a 6-pack! hope this helps!
