i want to know what type of yoga can reduce tummy fats.

You need to add an ab workout and meal plan.

Nothing beats healthy eating.

Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)
For your carbs stay away from breads and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits.
Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA

to get a flat tummy
How can I get a flat tummy in only a week?

Hi , im going on vacation in one week and i need to have a flat tummy by then. I would like abbs but a flat tummy is what i want for next week. Is there anyway that i can have a flat tummy in a few days?? PLEASE HELP

If you work really hard you can lose 3lbs in 1 week…Anything more than that would be unhealthy!

Here are a few pointers!:

First off, I recommend cutting out sweets entirely (for that one week of course)! That means NO: Soda, Ice Cream, Cookies..etc. Also, cut back on how many carbohydrates you eat a day (but make sure you don’t cut them out entirely…your body needs them..even to lose weight). Drink 8 glasses of water a day and do a minimum of 45 minutes of exercise daily. Also, the more you eat in the beginning half of your day the better.

There is no guarantee that you will have a flat stomach after only one week of dieting (you can’t target weight loss), but you can definitely feel better about yourself. If you don’t have the body you desire after 1 week don’t get discouraged…permanent weight loss takes time :D

PS: Whatever you do DON’T TAKE WEIGHT LOSS PILLS! Some of them may give “fast” results, but in the long run they can seriously damage your body.

I have a cheer competition on Sunday, it is possible to get a flat stomach in a week?

So the uniforms are basically like long-sleeved Sports bras and spandex, it is possible to get a flat stomach in a week? If yes, please tell me how. Thank you!

I would any food, avoid wheat for 1 week, it swells in your stomach and is very thick. I am intolerant, but even if I were not, would I choose not to eat it, I'm definatley a very slim and flat stomach. Drink lots of water, as this fills u up and do a few sit ups in the morning and b4 bed. Hope this helps. , 0)
