What is a good exercise plan to lose belly fat?

I'm 13 and I have a big belly and how can I lose belly fat so i abs or at least one may have a flat stomach?

What are the best ways to always have a flat stomach?

What is the best way to get a flat stomach? Tips and drills? Even as long would it take?

Eliminate excess sodium, bicarbonate of soda (even diet soda) and junk food (chips, fast food, sweets, etc.) from the diet. Drink either a 16 oz bottle of water, water with lemon slices or a regular tall glass of water with each meal. They eat small portioned meals, 5 meals per day including 2 snacks. All your meat portions should not be larger than the palm, then push the amount of vegetables and fruits. Also, beans and Rice. Exercise at least 3 times per week, consisting of an hour of cardio, the excess fat on your stomach, which is for your abdominal muscles (running burn, cycling, Swimming, basketball, etc.) and some toning exercises (crunches, leg raises, bicycle crunches, reverse crunches, etc.) for strength. Perform 3 sets of 15 for each exercise. I personally run every morning during the week and not from 5 different exercises (all of which I proposed) and eat healthy, have I have a firm and flat tummy. I reached my target appearance in about 3 months I worked very hard. But everyone can be, if they stick to it and never let themselves, their Accustomed to training sessions, thus increasing the difficulty about every 1 ½ -2 weeks.

Best home exercises for a flat stomach?

Lately I've started to gain some weight, and I can see that my stomach is always more and more "un-sexy": D. I do not want to join a fitness club, because it's too expensive. Are there any other good exercises for a flat and strong Stomach that I could achieve at home? Other than that I've always done sports and I exercise a lot, but the show that doesn't much on my belly.

Exercise more to eat healthy foods, easy to say but hard to do, but the safest and most effective way. U must not join expensive fitness clubs. Make a commitment to urself, have more patience. I know the feeling of hope for the sexier you!
