How can I get rid of belly fat?

I've gone to the gym and eating healthy for three months. I do cardio (7 days), weight lifting (3 days) Water aerobics (1 day). But I still have a lot of fat in my abdominal region, inner thighs, a little treat (a little) of bat wings and love. I do not know what else I do!
