Look, I'll be honest with you. I've used the program and it works like charm, but I warn you, if you expect the biggest loser and watch to 10 Pounds to lose every week …. First I buy the "the truth about six pack abs by Mike Geary and I would highly, before I bought it I did my research and after I have not much, I decided to go there and bought it and I want to tell you IT worth the money. If you're worried that you will not be able to understand way to do the exercise, then you have nothing to fear. as you guessed, it's image and not a DVD, but the pictures are from Mike Geary, and they really do understand (really, do not worry). besides, in the e book you will understand that just knowing the right to exercise is not enough, and that's what makes this book so different then others. Mike will tell you exactly what they eat and when to eat it and many other things (As what not to eat, a few tips motivation and much more) in the bottom line, and that's what so great about the book, will tell you exactly how your body work anyway (like the fat back into the muscle and how to make the body burn fat asap), it is to read a review before I actually purchase and my advice to It is when you are checking, look to view the video link, it will be like gold for you.
