has anyone had success with Herbalife won, especially women, the weight due to menopause?

I want women who have gained weight, to hear because of the menopause and if they have any advice. I've heard that Herbalife a good product, but hate to waste my money.

I have cellulite on the thighs and stretch marks on my ass I'm trying to cellulite for the year but will not go away and try to use stretch mark creams. Not bad but I can not find swimsuits

How to lose belly fat fast?

I'm not fat, but I have some flab and I want to get rid of it because I'm going to go on Beah on a trip to and you know, I want to look good. I do not drink soda, I do not eat much (as an unhealthy amount) of food, and my parents are not fat. I hate running, is there some other form of heart, that would work well? and what is a simple exercise that really targets tightening of the stomach?

try swimming … swim a lot … Swimming works your muscles and allll after you eat you do not swim, because then your nothing to do with the way I eat if I do my work do not eat McDonald's or Wendy's say …. eat a healthy soup or salad ….. Okei? OK it works for me!
