bloated belly or fat belly? please really need help. Is IBS responsible?
I have been diagnosticed with IBS and my belly does stick out a lot. I’m otherwise considered ok weight (51 kg for 1m58). I heard a lot of people talking about bloated belly as a symptom of IBS, but when I squeeze the skin of my belly, it looks pretty thick, so I’m not sure if it’s bloated or fat, because to be honest, I don’t exercise much. So does my “thick” skin means it’s bloated, or rather fat? what does a bloated tummy is like? Please answer nicely, for this issue is hard on me.
You are definitely not fat at that weight. It may be bloating, especially if it changes from time to time. I weigh just a little bit more than you, but some days, suddenly, I look pregnant. My pants sometimes feel too tight for no reason. I may feel full when I haven’t eaten much. Most of the time I watch my diet carefully and I’m fine – but stress causes me stomach problems, including bloating.
The “thick skin” could also mean you don’t have a lot of muscle, so your stomach is just loose.
I have read that bloating is a sign of a food intolerance, so it may mean you should avoid dairy or some other food. It’s worth checking. I changed my diet to avoid MSG and hardly ever have problems now – i was really sick before.

how much cardio to lower body fat but not muscles needed?
how do I do a lot of heart .. if I need to lose body fat, but I have wanted to keep the muscle? I take Hydroxycut Hardcore and monster milk. I just want to body fat, not muscle lower, so there is an optimum amount of Cardio every day should i do?
Yes, this has always killed me. The fat would come at any time, then the muscle would be. I started most of the crossfit workouts http://crossfit.com/ use and this seemed to help strip fat, no muscles. Try it out and then come up and in our forum and let us Now about your progress.
