“Fat burners” are just loaded with caffeine and other Crap, waste of money, and never work.

1. Clean up your diet, eat healthy
2. Exercise, cardio.

Not in bold, but I have a tiny fat pockets, and it must go, I've done to get rid of a lot, buts its taking too long the work put in to it, what are some fat burners, good food, belly cream, anything to get to my dream abs!
