Need help with simple weight loss?

So after my house burned down and I stayed in a hotel for two months that I have to weight increased, because all the food. I need to lose weight. Yes, I want it to be a healthy way, but I want something at a loss in the Booster the weight. I'm going to start walking every day, because everyone says, is walking the best exerzices and yes, I do eat healthier, which I have already begun, but what would help my matabolisim and increase my weight loss.
