What are some workouts/excersices that my mom and I can do together to tone our tummies?

Heyyy! I am 13. I am 5′3 and weigh about 108. My mom isn’t fat either. Recently, we have started kayaking in the mornings to help gain upper body strength. I also told her that I want to tone my tummy…she says she doesn’t want to run or anything so what are some workouts/excersices that we can do together to tone our tummies? Thanks for all the answers!

To get toned, you need to lose a.k.a burn body fat. Do a proven fitness and diet program and you should definitely get good results. Check out the Fat X Program from www.FatX101.com. What exercises are good for reducing bingo wings?

How can I tighten up my flabby upper arms? I don’t have any weights. What are good exercises for a woman of a certain age?

the best exercise is to hold both your arms up at shoulder level and move your arms round as if your drawing a circle about 5 cm in diameter. Keep doing it for as long as you can, it starts to hurt but just breath through the pain. carry on for as long as your can bare. do this as many times as you want. its good for all ages. good luck :)
