I run track for my school so I usually run about 4-5 miles every day, but I have little belly fat cover up my abs. What is the best training and / or diet to do to those of stomach fat?

I want to know it is hot rox or hydroicut better I eat 6 times a day 3 meals 3 snacks each meal has a protein, a carbohydrate and a vegetable.im quite doing the Body For Life program.I also do Tae Bo and ride a stationary bike.i lost £ have 50 since Jan 1st.i only be able to lose weight a lil faster.
i used Hydroxycut for a while combined with diet and exercise, and got right good results … just so you know, neither of these pills, "fat burning" … they give you energy in the form of caffeine "suppress" and appetite by the combination of herbs and caffeine … they are not good for you, and can cause permanent damage to your metabolism …

I'm lost in a process to obesity. I dance 3-4 hours per day with a dance pad and jog 45 minutes a day. My goal is to shake off fat, not really tone my muscles. What would you recommend for food? Which foods have You successful? Preferably something that would increase the fat burning. Please no links to dieting sites, as I only in the selection of the best products in my supermarket interested. I'm not interested in the form of pills, lost books, potions, equipment or otherwise, my money.
