How can I lose belly fat without losing weight anywhere else?
I am a very petite woman (25 years old, 5'3'', about 110 lbs) with a high metabolism. I have thin legs, arms, etc and want to gain muscles in these areas … but my stomach (especially the lower half) is so difficult for me to tighten up! I do not want to do too much cardio because my ultimate goal is a few pounds (like I look average, rather than too thin) to win. But at the same time, I want my belly fat (as it seems, that's where all the fat comes out of my food lol) lose … Is to make this possible?
