How do I get a ripped 6 pack abs in a month?

right now I am 150 pounds and 5″7.Have a bit of belly.But not much fats on the other parts of my body.How long will it take to get a ripped abs or aleast a flat stomach.

u may never get six pack, it all depends upon your body structure. also i doubt u will have any improvement during one moths even if u exercise every day. maybe is u starve yourself and exercise, but in that case as soon as u start eating normally u will gain everything back. maybe double. so i suggest u eat less, watch what u eat and exercise daily not less than 1 hour. depends how fast u re losing weight. there re people who re losing weight very slowly so u will need to have more patience. i have seen many people in my gym – they go there for years, almost every day, and still look like potatoe. i guess they re not eating right and don’t do enough cardio

ps. sit ups alone will not do anything. u need to lose weight and lots of it and for six pack there re like 10 different exercises which train each pack

How can I get a flat tummy in only a week?

Hi , im going on vacation in one week and i need to have a flat tummy by then. I would like abbs but a flat tummy is what i want for next week. Is there anyway that i can have a flat tummy in a few days?? PLEASE HELP

If you work really hard you can lose 3lbs in 1 week…Anything more than that would be unhealthy!

Here are a few pointers!:

First off, I recommend cutting out sweets entirely (for that one week of course)! That means NO: Soda, Ice Cream, Cookies..etc. Also, cut back on how many carbohydrates you eat a day (but make sure you don’t cut them out entirely…your body needs them..even to lose weight). Drink 8 glasses of water a day and do a minimum of 45 minutes of exercise daily. Also, the more you eat in the beginning half of your day the better.

There is no guarantee that you will have a flat stomach after only one week of dieting (you can’t target weight loss), but you can definitely feel better about yourself. If you don’t have the body you desire after 1 week don’t get discouraged…permanent weight loss takes time :D

PS: Whatever you do DON’T TAKE WEIGHT LOSS PILLS! Some of them may give “fast” results, but in the long run they can seriously damage your body.

How to lose thigh fat & have a toned stomach?

I’m a girl . I am 5′3 and i weigh 105 pounds but i want to lose thigh fat and have a toned stomach.

Well running helps out a lot and you will loose quite a bit of that and then if you work your abs with sit ups and such (you can find ways to do it online) then you’ll loose stomach fat its not that hard I know girls don’t like to work out, but if your gonna do anything run oh and also wear a sports bra
