How can a young girl quickly lose weight?

I am 13 years old, but not obsessive weight. I am not overweight, but there is something I need to burn fat quickly and easily on about 13 June. <- When starting my vacation:) any ideas for not taking off and putting extra weight?

Now, what I usually this is the right breakfast every day, believe it or not, but the breakfast actually helps you lose weight. Eat when you are hungry and never starve. eat more vegetables and foods to stop eating junk food. Period. as per exercise, try to dance every day like an hour or Sun Belly dancing works for me:) and btw, I've noticed that if you worry about losing weight, you actually increase in weight. Can you lose belly fat by lifting weights?

I'm currently working my belly fat to reduce, so it's all flat and I was wondering .. if I weight lifting enough not to my upper body, this fat to burn calories / in the belly, too?

there is nothing on the ground only to reduce the fat in any Part of your body. significant weight lifting without a heart can make you look bigger. it would be nice in your arms and shoulders, but if you nice big abs and build them hidden in their fat, they will actually push out the fat and maybe your stomach bigger. You need to strength training with cardio and a to mix good food. There is no quick solution.
