Is it normal for PMS become worse if you lose your weight?

In losing weight, because in eating healthy (not unhelahty diets, but nad fruits etc..) I have lost weight veggtables because of this, but I am very pissy and my period starts tomarow. usaully i dont get this bad. I was in the house and also curse exploded with a friend, it is normal when you lose wegiht get pissier than normal?

I go the gym, around 5 times per week. I know sauna for 1 hour cardio, strength training 2:01 for an hour and a half to go in the hour. although I can do it, 3kg for the first Months to lose, but now I'm not going to lose any weight, and no one knows why? and can help me and not think about the food? because I also think a bit of junk food when I eat.
